2016 Best Places to Work in Albuquerque

Best Places to Work

For the third year in a row, Safelite AutoGlass has made the list of Best Places to Work in Albuquerque, ranking No. 5 in the medium-size category! This is particularly a great time to be seen as a great workplace as we prepare to hire hundreds in our nearby Rio Rancho contact center opening next year.

From volunteering to make meals for families staying at the local Ronald McDonald House… to attending the Minor League Baseball Albuquerque Isotopes games, district leader Greg Joyner says he tries to engage and encourage as many events as possible throughout the year. And it starts with the market kick-off as an important way to have two-way communications with associates.

“It’s this two-way communication that helps associates understand their input impacts how our market works,” Greg said. “To receive their input, our leaders must be open-minded and give of their time.”

Cystral Ludi, customer advocate of 10 years, was also excited to hear about the three-time honor. She came to Safelite AutoGlass from another glass shop. “I knew people that worked here and liked it,” she said. “It really is a great place to work… I like the benefits and the friendliness of the people. I’ve loved it from the beginning! I’m proud or my company and my market for this award.”

Reflecting on the award, Greg said, “In the end, being the best place you’ll ever work is all about making associates feel like part of the family.”
