A Letter from a Happy Customer

Throughout the year, we receive numerous letters from customers about our service, and occasionally some really stand out. Here’s one from James N., who thanks to Safelite, didn’t miss an opportunity to tour Denali National Park…

“I was stopping in Fairbanks, Alaska, 3,058 miles from my home in southeastern Utah pulling my 5th-wheel travel trailer with my Chevy Silverado. I foolishly broke out my rear window while backing into a camping spot. Where in the world do you get a rear window for a pickup truck in Fairbanks?

“I spent a frantic hour and a half hunting for a replacement window so I could make my scheduled tour of Denali National Park. The fast options could ship in a window in 4 to 5 days. Ouch!

“Then I got far enough down the yellow pages to find Safelite. I called them and sure enough they had the exact window I needed in stock.

“Did I want the next day’s 8:00 am appointment or the 11:00 am time slot? I took the 8:00 am appointment, had a new window in place and was back ready to roll with my group by the time they were packed up and ready for Denali.

“We made our scheduled tour and had a wonderful time. Thanks, Safelite!”
