“Customer Driven” Approach: What does it mean to Create?

Element No. 3 in Safelite’s Customer Driven approach is “Create.” We will strive to implement solutions for our customers that differentiate us from our competitors making us the Natural Choice. We hope to expand our competitive advantage by eliminating customer dissatisfaction. This will require us to design unique and tailored solutions that make it easy for our customers to do business with us.

We have the opportunity to leverage our strategic investments to offer products our competitors don’t have the scale to support. A great example of this may be the development of “Same Day” service programs in markets where customers value speed more than price.
