Customer Experience Strategy: Building Our Team

As we continue to accelerate our journey to become Customer Driven, we are focused on building our Customer & Brand strategy teams to move us forward toward our objective of achieving extraordinary business results by looking at our business through the eyes of our customers. By listening, focusing, creating and delighting, this team will make it easy for our customers to do business with us and ensure their experience is memorable.

As such, we’ve expanded our Digital and Customer Experience team. This team is focused on implementing Safelite’s multi-channel and omni-channel strategies, including the development of online/digital functionality (web, mobile, social media) to help the entire organization deliver a customer experience that truly makes it easy for our customers to do business with us from their first interaction to their last. By listening, the team is providing products and solutions that our customers want, when and where they want them. As a result, we’re creating memorable experiences and Safelite promoters.

The digital space is an area we want to lead in… not just in our industry, but across all categories. To be Customer Driven in the digital space, there is a need for us to move faster and be agile as dictated by the digital world. Technology continues to drive how we interact with customers and potential customers, so providing them with a fast, reliable and easy digital experience is crucial to our brand and to the growth of our business.
