We continue to celebrate the winners of our 2014 Everyday Heroes Awards by sharing the story of Sandy Swackhammer, our Dubois, Pa., store manager.

Sandy lives Safelite’s values in many ways. She supports her high-performing team with motivation and coaching. By focusing on customers and mentoring employees, she has helped her technicians achieve an excellent Net Promoter Score of 99.5 percent over four years. She also provides a support network for employees outside of her store.

Sandy’s philosophy? “Smiles are contagious!” Results show in the letters received from her customers:
