Excellence in Service: Always Doing the Right Thing

At Safelite AutoGlass, we look for technicians with a service mind-set and the courage to always do the right thing.

Technician Daniel M. is a perfect example. We recently received this letter from Melissa M. in St. Louis:

“My father was home with my son at our home as the windshield was being replaced. My dad collapsed. The Safelite technician, Daniel, quickly helped my son until help arrived. My dad is my son’s world; they are best friends. My son was extremely shaken and we are so thankful for Daniel being there to help. My son even received a phone call from Daniel yesterday to check on his grandpa. My dad is good now; they believe he may have had a mild heart attack. My soon and I are extremely appreciative and thankful for Daniel’s actions and concern.”
