At Safelite AutoGlass, we look for people with caring hearts because we know they are the key to building connections with customers and the communities in which we live and work.

Technician Brett W. from our Birmingham market is a prime example.

We recently received a phone call from 72-year-old Sarah M. who relayed her story to one of managers. Sarah shared that while she was waiting in line at a local retail store, she was already holding two bags of groceries. When she finally got through the line, she asked the clerk for help getting her bags to the car. After several minutes of being ignored, she said, a “dashing young man in a Safelite uniform” stepped out of line and escorted her to her car and loaded her bags in the trunk.

She simply wanted to let someone know that she was so grateful for his kind gesture.

We love hearing stories of how our Safelite team is bringing unexpected happiness to peoples’ everyday lives. Thank you Brett for demonstrating our Safelite Spirit!
