Safelite’s Excellence in Service program recognizes employees when they are complimented for customer service. Winners earn points to purchase online merchandise. Here is the latest profile of one of our Excellence in Service honorees.

Errol Webley, a Safelite technician from Great Neck, NY, received this compliment from a customer:

"My name is Talia and I just received a windshield replacement service from Errol Webley as of this morning. I wanted to take time out of my hectic work schedule to commend not only Errol on his superb work and outstanding service on my Mitsubishi Eclipse, but also the phenomenal customer service provided by your team over the phone."

"I had rescheduled my windshield repair three times with Safelite due to my work schedule and all three times your team was understanding and did the best they could to accommodate me. In fact, Errol was at my work place this morning before I had arrived and kindly waited untilI got to the parking lot to execute the job, on top of it he welcomes me with great customer service, a firm hand shake and big smile! It was truly refreshing to obtain such high quality work and customer service from Errol and the rest of the Safelite team!"

Indeed, everyone’s busy schedules can make mobile appointments hard to nail down, but we’re always happy to be flexible. Kudos to our service representatives and to Errol for making this customer a happy one!
