This is a letter from Connie K.:
"I wanted to take this opportunity to say “thank you” for a wonderful experience in having my windshield replaced. Your technician Jonathan Curlee is extraordinary and truly exemplifies customer service. He went far and beyond great ensuring that my elderly mother and I safely made it to the shop during a thunderstorm.
"My mom and I left Nashville for a “Southern States Tour” over the course of 7-8 days. I had been planning this trip for about 9 months as she loves to go for rides and see difference states. We headed out toward Memphis and just over the Tennessee River, a rock hit our windshield. Our itinerary was staying one night each in Texarkana and Baton Rouge, then heading to Pensacola for two days. After that we were heading to St. Augustine, Savannah, Charleston, and Ashville. So, a good windshield was kind of important!
"We originally scheduled the appointment at our hotel, but when Jonathan arrived, the weather got really bad… to the point that I was scared to driver over the bridge because of the high winds, torrential rain, and lightning storm. Jonathan waited over 30 minutes while the squall passed so that we could follow him to the shop. How many people would do that?! Not many in this day and time. He is a true gentleman, a professional, and an asset to your business and I could not thank him enough. My mother and I will remember this man for a long time as well as his caring attitude.
"We continued our trip and arrived safely this past weekend. We had a wonderful trip, made that much more pleasant because of this experience."
