This is a letter from Diana H.:

I had my windshield repaired at your business. During inspection of my windshield, I mentioned to your technician Matthew Ross that I had forgotten my wallet and was unable to pay my toll. I’m sure I appeared frazzled & upset. The windshield was repaired very satisfactory by the way. When I got into my car to leave, I noticed a $5 bill with a note left in my car....for my return toll fare. That definitely put a smile on my face. I want to commend this young man for helping me. You are lucky to have this young man working for you. Please express to him my gratitude.
