Safelite AutoGlass Customers Can Now Access Appointments through Personalized Online Accounts

I’m excited to share a new enhancement in our customer experience. Safelite AutoGlass customers can now access personal online accounts to review, modify or refer back to appointments. The password-protected site allows customers to view appointment details; reschedule or change an existing appointment; schedule a new appointment; view their local contact; access warranty details; report an issue; and update contact information or customer details.

At Safelite, we strive to lead the industry in meeting customer needs, having first launched online estimates and scheduling in 2005. In 2012, we also introduced apps for iPhone and Android smartphones. We now have apps available to more than 80 percent of the smartphone market.

It’s important to be able to meet and exceed customers’ expectations by offering full self-service online. This tool makes it more convenient for customers to work with Safelite for not only current vehicle glass needs but also future needs since their data is easily managed in their account.
