Safelite in the Service Spotlight: Josh McFaul

Natalie Crede, Senior Vice President of People & Leadership Development

Today I am honored to recognize our latest employee in our Safelite in the Service series honoring our employees who have or are currently serving in the military. These associates showcase the traits we want of our employees: integrity, commitment, teaming, expertise and a drive for extraordinary results. It’s because of them we are able to deliver a truly great customer experience.

Today’s profile is:

safelite in the service
Josh McFaul, Technician
Appleton, Wis.

Years at Safelite: 11

Branch: U.S. Army

Years of service: 6

Locations: Fort Campbell, Tenn. | Korea | Afghanistan

The Army was always intriguing to Josh. Unable to find a job he enjoyed, Josh enlisted in the Armed Forces and started a new chapter of his life.

Six years as an infantry squad leader from Fort Campbell, Tennessee to Korea and Afghanistan, taught Josh one of the most important aspects of his life: discipline.

At just age 22, Josh led 15 men, testing his leadership skills. Maturity, loyalty, and respect all played large roles in building trust and quality relationships with his team just as they do with the customers he helps every day. His ability to handle stressful situations translates to his work at Safelite.

“No matter how stressful or difficult the situation may be, you work to get the job done no matter what,” Josh said.

Josh, I want to thank you for your service. I am proud to have you on our team.
