Safelite Senior Vice President of Customer, Brand & Technology Renee Cacchillo has been named a 2015 Customer Champion by 1to1 Media. Each year, 1to1 Media recognizes 15 customer-centric leaders who understand that engaged customers make a positive bottom-line impact. They're innovative, determined, and creative leaders who treat customers as the valuable resource they are. These 15 winners join a distinctive community of more than 150 customer-centric executives.

Cacchillo, who is responsible for the customer experience for both Safelite AutoGlass and Safelite Solutions, was recognized for leading a cross-functional team in envisioning the customer of the future. Improvements included managing the customer recovery department, workforce management, and digital improvements.
