1to1 Media’s Customer Champions is a one-of-a-kind awards program that honors and spotlights the individuals responsible for game-changing customer-focused strategies,” said Mila D’Antonio, 1to1 Media Editor-in-Chief. “Customer experience is no longer a ‘nice-to-have program.’ It’s a ‘must-have’ strategy. These 15 winners have demonstrated true commitment to implementing or evolving focused strategies that have made measurable impact on their organizations, their customers, and their service or product offerings.”

Cacchillo, who is responsible for the customer experience for both Safelite AutoGlass and Safelite Solutions, was recognized for leading a cross-functional team in envisioning the customer of the future. Improvements included managing the customer recovery department, workforce management, and digital improvements.

“I am honored to be recognized by 1to1 Media,” said Cacchillo. “Much credit goes to the teams behind our customer-driven efforts and all the associates who bring to life a memorable customer experience each and every day.”
