On a humid day with temperatures in the mid-90s, a stop at a baking supply store turned frantic for mother Erika after she accidentally locked her child and keys in her vehicle.

A call to a locksmith service had a 25-minute wait. With no time to waste, Safelite’s technicians Charles Hebert and Ryan Duvernay responded by removing the back glass on her Nissan Murano while Erika’s baby boy sat quietly in his car seat. The whole removal took about five minutes.

A very happy Mrs. Matthews brought the whole Safelite location a box of cupcakes and a thank you note.

We love hearing stories about how our technicians help “save the day” for our customers.
