All the headlines declare, “Customer service is the new marketing.” Safelite AutoGlass is taking that to heart, offering a level of transparency into customer reviews like never before.

Partnering with Bazaarvoice, Safelite customers are asked to post a review online. Safelite then posts those reviews – unfiltered – on its home webpage. Some may say that’s a bold move… but for us, we want to hear from customers any way they want to share their feedback. This means we must continue our efforts of being customer driven, and this system is holding us accountable.
