Recently, we shared the introduction of our new Customer Driven brand promise: The Safelite Advantage.

There is a strong connection between being People Powered and Customer Driven and delivering the Safelite Advantage™. Our people are a key part of our business strategy and they are what allows us to be Customer Driven. As we strive to remain “People Powered,” it’s important to remember that our associates are the Safelite Advantage. We all have a role in delivering our brand promise. It takes all of us working together to bring the Safelite story to life for our customers.
