Video: Award-Winning Customer Service from Safelite AutoGlass Technician Tom Wall

“Family” is a word that gets used often when talking about the way Safelite AutoGlass technician Tom Wall treats his customers.

In fact, one customer wrote in: “Tom came out to ensure I was satisfied, said he had cleaned up all the glass he could but cautioned me to be careful. It was like being handled by folks that were family. I knew Safelite had a great reputation as a company, but after experiencing it firsthand, I will never go anywhere else.”

In response, Tom says, “I've heard that people have a lot of good comments about our store. And they say that we treat them like family, and they keep coming back.”

For his long-term consistency (40 years in the business!), Tom received an International Exceptional Customer Service Award from our parent company Belron.

Tom illustrates what it means to have a service-oriented mindset. Not only does he provide great service to customers, he also serves his co-workers by sharing his knowledge and expertise routinely. In fact, the top-performing (quality and productivity) location in our Baltimore market has long been Churchville, thanks to Tom.
