Chris Lindsey, who has been with Safelite for 15 years, is a Mobile Pro technician, which means often servicing rural areas where technicians need to be self-sufficient. To be successful, Chris partners with locations as far as 50 miles from his home base to make sure all customers are taken care of. He has on many occasions covered for other technicians when they are on holiday. He takes the time to share his knowledge and expertise to develop the team. It goes beyond statistics for Chris – he goes above and beyond to take care of his clients and be a team player. He also has an exceptionally high Net Promoter Score of 99.6% and receives great comments from his customers.

One of Chris’s accounts is a large heavy equipment auction company requiring custom cut glass. Chris showed great innovation when he was able to secure an onsite shipping container to build a cutting room so he could cut glass onsite, increasing speed of service and improving the customer experience. Prior to this he would have to drive 50 miles to a full-service Safelite location, cut the glass and then drive the 50 miles back, hoping the glass would not break.

Because of his dedication to customers, Chris won an International Exceptional Customer Service Award.
