Brandon Kulp, Technician
When Safelite AutoGlass Operations Manager Jason Still set out to improve the customer experience in the Bellevue area, he turned to his top talent, including Brandon Kulp, a high-driven, supportive technician who is a role model for new installers.
“Not only does he stand out as a top technician, but he understands the business and can easily switch hats to run daily store operations if needed,” explained his management team. “Brandon actively approaches every day with a drive for extraordinary results, from delivering high-quality work to creating loyal customers.”
Loyal customers indeed: his Net Promoter Score is an impressive 94.3%!
“The reason I love what I do is because of the customers we have,” Brandon says. “I’m put in a situation to help someone in need and help them feel secure again. I see every day at Safelite as an opportunity to grow and learn with every customer.”
Brandon credits much of his success to his leaders, but they say he has gone above and beyond, making his career stand out against the rest by achieving results and creating happy customers.
